Beatboxing on the brain

This is Dr Carolyn Mcgettigan’s entry for the recent ‘Brains on Film’ contest at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, University College London. It describes some of her work on vocal expertise with beatboxer Reeps One, and includes audio clips of his performance plus data from MRI scans.
